目前风评来说这家挺好的，属于跟瓦工竞争关系，可以理解为风评不比瓦工差，最近tos好像还优化了换IP策略

线路保证的话，因为他家的39.9和49.9实际上配置没什么区别，区别就在于线路，可以理解为套餐名字本身就是为了区别线路

With IP Care+ Service: IP Replacement is available every 15 days.
Without IP Care+ Service: IP Replacement costs 5.00 USD each time, 7 days between each replacement.
20.2 LAX Location:

20.2.1 For Premium & Eyeball network profile:
With IP Care+ Service: IP Replacement is available every 7 days.
