There is no VRp5-HK available any longer and there wasn't on our site today. I suspect you manually tried to go to the purchase URL, and purchased a product that cannot be deployed.
Unfortunately AliPay is also non refundable. If you would like to add another $10, the VR1G-HK is still available today.
