esecuredata.com的百m独享不制流量，价格非常诱人，不过有个非常不好的政策，就是为保证每台服务器流量平均，当服务器使用流量过大时，这台服务器就会自动被降到10m独享不限流量24小时，又没有明确的数字表明多大的流量才会被自动降低（这些我是从一个代购哪里了解到的）

100mbps不限应该不是独享吧，如果是独享的话没必要降级到10mbps，估计是共享的，如果用得过多，然后会限制到10mbps带宽，然后再释放。

Hello,

Ports are connected at 100mb/s. We use a Cisco QoS system to allocate bandwidth fairly between all servers. That system determines bandwidth allocation across our multi-gig fibreoptic backbone feeds.

You can test Ping with the following IP addresses or the video on our website located at www.esecuredata.com:

209.17.151.40
209.17.151.41

看起来确实如楼主所说，他们用思科设备来监测服务器流量，力图保持各服务器使用流量平均。
