BURST今天又挂了?是我的问题还是服务器问题?

太TMD郁闷了 用了2个月的VPS 有一个半月不能正常访问 连母鸡都不能访问了 是我点子不好么?我已经换过好几个了 都是84的 怎么就都这样呢 大家用着也是这样么?求解

基本每天有6个小时能访问 其它时间必挂 控制面板也一样没法登录 PING丢包90%以上
