好像抽了有1个小时，但是却抽得很怪异！用广州电信的服务器PING 丢包严重，但是下载速度确实没有影响，我开了15个IE窗口同时下载，
可以跑到30M bps左右（平均每个窗口是 280kb~320kb）
可以帮忙测试一下么？好奇怪的现象，这个是下载地址：
