20. IP Replacement Policy
20.1 HKG Location:
20.1.1 For Premium network profile:
With IP Care+ Service: IP Replacement is available every 15 days.
Without IP Care+ Service: IP Replacement costs 5.00 USD each time, 30 days between each replacement.
20.1.2 For Eyeball network profile:
With IP Care+ Service: IP Replacement is available every 15 days.
Without IP Care+ Service: IP Replacement costs 5.00 USD each time, 7 days between each replacement.
20.2 LAX Location:
20.2.1 For Premium & Eyeball network profile:
With IP Care+ Service: IP Replacement is available every 7 days.
Without IP Care+ Service & Monthly Billing Cycle: IP Replacement is available every 15 days. (The services need to be valid for more than 15 days).
Without IP Care+ Service & Non-Monthly Billing Cycle: IP Replacement is available every 15 days.
All other cases: You can ask for immediately replacement at anytime by 5.00 USD.
20.2.2 For Premium Secure network profile:
Without IP Care+ Service: IP Replacement costs 15.00 USD each time, 30 days between each replacement.
20.3 TYO Location:
20.3.1 For Premium network profile:
With IP Care+ Service: IP Replacement is available every 15 days.
Without IP Care+ Service: IP Replacement costs 5.00 USD each time, 30 days between each replacement.
20.3.2 For Eyeball network profile:
With IP Care+ Service: IP Replacement is available every 15 days.
Without IP Care+ Service: IP Replacement costs 5.00 USD each time, 7 days between each replacement.
20.4 For Tier 1(Standard) network profile:
20.4.1 For new order:
Without IP Guarantee+ Addon: DMIT do not give guarantee the IP is globally accessible for the new order, especially for China, Russia, and all country has national network **ship.
With IP Guarantee+ Addon: Guaranteed first connection in sensitive areas.
20.4.2 For any existing service:
All other cases: IP Replacement costs 5.00 USD each time, 7 days between each replacement.
20.5 Exceptions:
20.5.1 For Premium & Eyeball network profiles will ensure that the first connection is reachable in all countries.
Void if there is a force majeure disruption of the Internet in a country. (Included but not limited to political activity, war, disaster..)
20.5.2 DMIT will charge a replacement fee if ICMP is reachable, or if only some ports are not reachable in some countries.
20.5.3 DMIT will charge a replacement fee for new orders placed within 7 days.
20.5.4 With IP Care+ Service: You can ask for immediately replacement at anytime by 5.00 USD. |
